At Bright Saver, we're on a mission to democratize access to solar energy for the 44 million Americans who have been locked out of the traditional solar market. As a mission-driven organization making clean energy accessible to renters and homeowners alike, we're looking for a passionate marketing leader to join our founding team.

Who We Are:
Founded by Kevin Chou (serial entrepreneur who's built tech startups generating $400M in annual revenue) and Rupert Mayer (founder of IPfolio with a successful exit), and Cora Stryker (founder of multiple climate orgs), Bright Saver eliminates the barriers of upfront costs, complex installations, and confusing pricing by offering simple, affordable solar solutions.
The Role:
As our Head of Social Media and Marketing, you'll develop comprehensive strategies across platforms to engage three key audiences: consumers seeking affordable solar solutions, donors supporting our nonprofit mission, and potential strategic partners. You'll be the voice of our dual mission to help people save money while saving the planet.
What You'll Need:
- 5 years of social media marketing experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Passion for environmental sustainability and social impact
- Strong content creation and storytelling abilities
- Experience growing social media accounts and driving meaningful engagement
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with nonprofit fundraising campaigns
- Knowledge of renewable energy or sustainability topics
- Experience reaching diverse audience segments including low-to-moderate income communities
